Grief isn’t weakness.
It’s love that still has a voice.
Your tears are not a failure of faith. They are evidence of a heart that loved deeply and still remembers. Even when words won’t come, your sorrow speaks—and God hears every word, even the unspoken ones.
You don’t have to explain your grief to Him.
You don’t have to soften it or hide it.
You don’t have to rush through it.
God listens to the language of your heart. He understands the prayers formed by tears, the questions held in silence, and the love that refuses to disappear.
Your grief matters to Him—because your love mattered first.

A Gentle Prayer
Lord,
You see the love behind my grief
and the tears I can’t always explain.
When words fail me, hear my heart.
Hold my sorrow with tenderness
and remind me that my grief is not weakness,
but love that still lives.
Thank You for listening,
for staying near,
and for caring so deeply.
Amen.
