Some days the quiet is the hardest part.
The stillness can feel heavy, and the silence can echo with everything that’s been lost.
When the quiet feels overwhelming, whisper His name anyway.
You don’t have to raise your voice.
You don’t have to have the right words.
A simple whisper is enough.
God draws near in the silence. He sits with you in the empty moments, the long evenings, and the spaces where love once filled every sound. He is close to the brokenhearted—and He does not rush past your pain.
Even in the quiet, you are not alone.

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18
A Gentle Prayer
Lord,
The quiet feels heavy today.
Meet me here in the stillness
and remind me of Your nearness.
When words are hard to find,
hear my whispered prayers.
Sit with me,
comfort my heart,
and hold me through this moment.
Thank You for staying close.
Amen.
