Today, breathe in grace.

Let it fill the places where you feel tired, unsure, or worn thin.

Then, breathe out guilt.

Release the pressure to do more, be more, or have it all figured out. You are carrying enough already.

You’re doing the best you can with the heart and strength you have today. And that is enough. Grace meets you right where you are—not where you think you should be.

One breath at a time, let God remind you: you are held, you are loved, and you are not failing.

“My grace is sufficient for you.”

A Gentle Prayer

God,
Help me receive Your grace today.

Teach me to release the guilt
that weighs on my heart.

Meet me in each breath
and remind me that I am doing enough,
because You are enough.

Thank You for Your patience
and Your love.
Amen.
