When loneliness aches, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Instead of asking God to take it all away at once, ask Him for one person to reach out to—and the courage to do it.
Loneliness doesn’t mean you are unwanted or forgotten. It means you were created for connection, and your heart is reminding you of that truth. God often meets us through other people—one conversation, one shared moment, one gentle connection at a time.
You don’t have to fix the loneliness today.
You only have to take one small step toward connection.
God will meet you there.

A Gentle Prayer
God,
The loneliness feels heavy today.
Please show me one safe person
to reach out to,
and give me the courage
to take that step.
Remind me that I am not a burden
and that You often bring comfort
through others.
Thank You for walking with me—
and for the connections
You place along the way.
Amen.
