When Healing Whispers

Healing often whispers before it speaks out loud.

It rarely announces itself with certainty. More often, it arrives quietly—in a deeper breath, a softer reaction, or a moment when the pain loosens its grip just a little.

Do not dismiss the quiet signs of grace.

God works gently, patiently, and faithfully beneath the surface.

Even when you don’t feel “better,” healing may already be happening.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
— Psalm 46:10

A Gentle Prayer

God,
Help me notice
the quiet ways
You are healing my heart.

Teach me not to rush
what You are doing
slowly and well.

Give me patience
with this process.
Amen.
