Healing rarely announces itself. More often, it shows up quietly—in a deeper breath, a softened moment, or a small sense of steadiness where there once was none.
Do not dismiss the quiet signs of grace. God is often working beneath the surface long before you feel “better.”
Something gentle may already be taking root.

A Gentle Prayer
God, help me notice the quiet ways You are healing me.
Teach me patience with this slow and sacred process.
Thank You for working even when I can’t see it yet. Amen.
