Healing rarely arrives all at once.

More often, it shows up quietly—in a softened reaction, a deeper breath, or a moment of peace that surprises you.

Do not overlook these small signs. God is gentle in His healing work, and He often moves beneath the surface long before anything looks different.

Something tender may already be taking root.

A Gentle Prayer

God, help me notice the quiet ways You are healing my heart.
Teach me patience with this slow and sacred process.
