Held When You Feel Broken

If your heart feels torn in two, you don’t have to force it back together.

Some losses cut so deeply that only God can hold the pieces.

When the ache feels unbearable and the weight is more than you can carry, remember this: God can hold what you can’t. He is not afraid of your brokenness, your questions, or your tears.

Let Him hold the pain you cannot name.
Let Him steady the places that feel split and fragile.
Let Him love you right where you are.

You don’t have to be whole today.
You only have to be held.

“The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down.”
— Psalm 145:14

A Gentle Prayer

God,
My heart feels torn,
and I don’t have the strength to hold it all together.

I place what is broken
into Your hands.

Hold me where I am weakest,
and carry what I cannot.

Help me rest in Your care
and trust that I am safe with You.

Thank You for holding me.
Amen.
