You Are Healing, Not Behind

Healing is not a straight line. Some days feel lighter, and others feel heavy again—and that doesn’t mean you’ve lost ground. It means your heart is doing the slow, sacred work of mending.

There is no schedule you’re supposed to be on.
No timeline you’ve failed to meet.
No comparison that tells the truth of your journey.

God is patient with your healing. He walks with you through every step—forward, sideways, and even the days that feel like standing still. Every moment you keep going matters.

🤍

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
— Psalm 147:3

A Gentle Prayer

Lord,
When I feel discouraged
or tempted to measure my progress,
remind me that healing takes time.

Help me trust the work
You are doing in my heart,
even when I can’t see it clearly.

Give me grace for the slow days
and peace for the uneven path.

Thank You for walking with me
through it all.
Amen.
