God already knows how hard you’re trying. You don’t need to prove your strength or justify your weariness. This season calls for gentleness—especially toward yourself.
Being gentle does not mean you are giving up. It means you are honoring what your heart can carry today.
God’s compassion meets you here, not after you’ve done more.

A Gentle Prayer
God, help me move through today with gentleness.
Teach me to offer myself the same compassion You give me.
Thank You for understanding how hard this is. Amen.
