If today feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it perfectly.

God never asked you to be strong in your own strength—only willing to bring what you’re carrying to Him.

You don’t need to figure out tomorrow.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to hold yourself together.

Just carry today with God.

One hour at a time.
One breath at a time.
One prayer—spoken or unspoken—at a time.

When the weight feels like too much, remember this:
He is near to the brokenhearted, and He is not measuring your progress. He is walking with you.

You are not failing.
You are trusting—quietly, imperfectly, faithfully.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”

A Gentle Prayer

Lord,
Today feels heavier than I expected.
I don’t have the strength to carry it all, so I place it in Your hands.

Hold what I cannot.
Steady what feels unsteady.

Help me take this day one small step at a time,
trusting that You are beside me.

Thank You for Your nearness,
Your patience,
and Your care.
Amen.
