Healing is not a straight line.

Some days you feel steadier. Other days grief feels just as raw as before. That doesn’t mean you’ve lost progress—it means healing is layered, tender, and human.

God is not discouraged by the ups and downs. He remains steady when healing feels uneven.

You are not going backward.
You are still healing.

A Gentle Prayer

God, help me trust the healing process even when it feels uneven.
Give me grace for the days that feel harder again.
Thank You for staying steady with me. Amen.
