If you woke up and you’re still here, that is courage.
It may not feel brave. It may feel tired, heavy, or automatic—but it still counts.
Getting out of bed when your heart aches takes strength you don’t always recognize. Showing up to another day, even quietly, is an act of hope—whether you meant it to be or not.
God will meet you in today.
Not once you feel stronger.
Not once you have answers.
But right here, as you are.
You don’t have to be fearless to be courageous.
Sometimes courage is simply staying.

A Gentle Prayer
God,
Thank You for meeting me
in this day.
I don’t have much strength,
but I bring what I have.
Help me take today as it comes
and trust that You are walking beside me.
Thank You for carrying me
when courage feels quiet and small.
Amen.
