You Don’t Have to Be Strong All Day

You don’t have to be strong all day.

Strength isn’t something you have to summon or sustain on your own.

There is another way through this day.

You can be held—moment by moment—by the One who loves you most.

When your energy fades and your heart feels fragile, rest in His care. Let Him carry the weight you were never meant to hold alone. Being held is not giving up—it is trusting.

You are safe to lean.
You are safe to rest.
You are deeply loved.

“Underneath are the everlasting arms.”
— Deuteronomy 33:27

A Gentle Prayer

Loving God,
I don’t have the strength
to carry this day by myself.

Hold me in Your care,
moment by moment.

Help me rest in Your love
and trust Your arms beneath me.

Thank You for loving me
so completely
and so gently.
Amen.
