Loneliness can feel heavy and isolating, especially when grief creates distance between you and the world around you. Instead of asking God to remove the loneliness all at once, ask Him for one person—just one—to reach out to today.
God often meets us through others.
A conversation. A shared moment. A simple reminder that we are not alone.
You don’t have to solve loneliness.
You only need to take one small step toward connection.

A Gentle Prayer
God, the loneliness feels heavy today.
Please show me one safe person to reach out to and give me the courage to do it.
Thank You for meeting me through connection. Amen.
