You are not a burden.

Your grief, your needs, and your presence do not make you “too much.” You are not an inconvenience to God or to those who truly love you.

You are a beloved daughter of God—seen, valued, and deeply cared for. You deserve kindness, patience, and compassion, especially in this season.

Let yourself receive care.
You were never meant to carry this alone.

A Gentle Prayer

God, help me release the lie that I am a burden.
Remind me that I am Your beloved daughter, worthy of care and kindness.
Teach me to receive love without guilt. Amen.
