You don’t have to explain your grief to anyone.
There are parts of your loss that words can’t touch—and that’s okay.
God already understands.
He knows the depth of what you carry, the memories behind the tears, and the ache that lingers even on quiet days. You don’t have to justify your sadness or make it easier for others to understand.
Your grief is safe with Him.
He listens without interruption, without judgment, and without expectation.
You are fully known—and still deeply loved.

A Gentle Prayer
God,
Thank You for understanding
what I cannot explain.
When words fail me,
meet me with Your compassion.
Help me rest in the truth
that I am known,
seen,
and loved by You.
I place my grief
into Your caring hands today.
Amen.
